123D Catch
--create a self-portrait using 123D Catch to send to the Makerbot 3D printer
Lasered Sketchbook
- use at least 20 layers to create a 3D etching into a 6 x 6" spiral-bound sketchbook.
Maker Culture Response Paper
- Referencing our in-class discussions about designers and the Design for Life and Marc Newson videos posted further down on the blog, articulate the role designers play in influencing the growing Maker Culture and how we will make and use things in the future.
